Terms and Conditions of Stay at Chiardey Escape Properties

1. Booking Confirmation

Upon booking, guests will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of their stay, including check-in and check-out times, address, and any other pertinent information.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time will incur no penalty.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time will be subject to a service fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking cost.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time are non-refundable.

3. Deposit

A deposit of $200 is required to cover any incidental charges or liabilities that may occur during your stay. This deposit will be held and refunded within 5 business days of checkout, pending inspection and confirmation that no damages or incidents occurred.

4. Pets

• Pets are warmly welcomed at our property, under the condition that they do not enter the indoor premises.
• An additional cleaning fee of $150 will be applied if evidence of pets being indoors is found.
• Due to the lack of fencing around the property, we require that pets be kept in a crate or under close supervision by their owners to ensure their safety and the preservation of local wildlife.
• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not disturb the peace of the property or nearby areas.

5. Room Rate

The room rate is set at $590 per night. This rate is subject to change during peak seasons or special events.

6. Liabilities

• Guests are liable for any damages caused to the property during their stay. Costs for repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit or billed to the guest if the deposit does not cover the expenses.
• The property owners are not liable for any personal injuries, accidents, losses, or theft that occur during the stay. Guests stay at their own risk.

7. Property Rules

• Smoking is not permitted inside the premises. Smoking outside ONLY.
• Guests are expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy state upon departure. Excessive cleaning required after departure may incur additional charges.
• Noise must be kept to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours, to not disturb local wildlife or neighbours.

8. Check-In/Check-Out

• Check-in is available from 2 PM on the day of arrival.
• Check-out is required by 12 PM (noon) on the day of departure.

9. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By completing a booking with Chiardey Escape, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in additional charges or termination of your stay without a refund.

10. Amendments

Chiardey Escape reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Guests will be bound by the terms in effect at the time of their stay.
